Use of Shiftips

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Shiftips for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, or exploit Shiftips beyond your permitted use.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where allowed by law.
• Use Shiftips for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the app, its infrastructure, or related services.

Subscriptions and Billing

Shiftips may offer paid subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with Apple's billing rules. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

Refunds, billing disputes, and payment processing are handled according to Apple's policies.

Shiftips is a tracking and planning tool. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Any insights, estimates, trends, or projections shown in the app are informational only and should not be treated as professional advice or guaranteed outcomes.

Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Shiftips at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

Intellectual Property

Shiftips and all related content, branding, designs, software, and materials are owned by zaweshco or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Shiftips is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zaweshco will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Shiftips.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Shiftips if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the app in a harmful or unlawful way.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Shiftips after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
